how to qualify for private school loans?
Hi! I am attending a college this fall that does not accept government funding in any way, not even personal federal loans. I have to find private loans for the next two years but I don’t think I have a credit score at all. I am 19, have worked in the same job for 2 years, have had a checking and savings accounts for 2 years, and have never done anything bad to my credit ( i.e. bounced a check, declared bankruptcy, etc. ) I have taken distance learning classes from my college for the last two years and have paid for those myself. To complete my degree I have to actually go to the college and I will have to pay about $20,000 a year. Will it be possible for me to apply for a PRIVATE loan, that size, by myself??? Thanks………
OF COURSE!!!! A year for me is $23,899. I get that every year by applying to Chase Eduction One. I have to have a co-signer because I dont have a job. But you probably dont because you have a job and been there for at least 2 years. You have to have a Pay Stub at least 60 days old (or your most recent). They are an excellent Private Loan Program.
This is my second year with them and couldnt be more happier!
The money gets sent directly TO YOU NOT YOUR SCHOOL. They dont need your schools permission like National City loans do (experience). If you donot have a bank account or debit card try not to get nothing bigger than $11,000 because its hard to cash. But there is NO LIMIT TO HOW MANY LOANS YOU COULD TAKE OUT THROUGH THE YEAR. JUST AS LONG AS ITS WITHIN YOUR YEARLY LIMIT (how much your school year attendance is. you could find that out by calling Chase 1(888) 289-3133 and asking them how much could I get a year from my school? They will ask for your school name and they will tell you your borrowing limit for a year worth of loans. That amount applies for every year you take out. Mine is $23,899.
Hope this helps any more questions please ask me anytime!!!
